Neal Perryman is a Founding Member and Managing Partner of Gibson Perryman Law Firm, a multifaced practice with offices in Tennessee and Montana. Mr. Perryman has a diverse practice that includes employment discrimination, intellectual property, and, of course, family law. He has a published opinion from the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals (see ECIMOS, LLC v. Carrier Corp., 971 F.3d 616 (6th Cir. 2020)). Mr. Perryman began his career in family law and is equipped to handle every type of family law dispute, including separation, divorce, custody, adoptions, and child support. Mr. Perryman has particular expertise in matters involving special needs children and adults, as he himself is a special needs parent, and often serves as a guardian ad litem in contested cases. Mr. Perryman believes that his diverse practice, including jury trials in both State and Federal Court, serves his family law clients well as it allows him to tackle a multitude of complex issues that typically arise in especially acrimonious or complicated cases.
