Thomas D. Pascaris, ESQ., is partner and co-founder of ALL LAW, PLLC, a law firm located in Farmington, MI specializing in several areas of law. The Farmington DDA was established in 1986 to correct and prevent deterioration in the business district, encourage historic preservation and to authorize the creation and implementation of development plans in the district. Thomas played a vital role in the 2016 Downtown Master Plan Steering Team. Thomas received his Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance and a minor in Political Science from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
