Paul Posadas has
litigated family law cases for close to a decade. While his experience includes
all facets of divorce law, he is particularly skilled at working with high
asset individuals on their custodial needs and the complex financial issues regarding
their estates and business interests.
Paul approaches
every case in a straightforward manner in order to achieve the most efficient
results for his clients. He recognizes every client has unique circumstances
and handles each case differently, but always with the client's goals in mind.
He settles cases in a traditional fashion when appropriate and, when not, he is
always prepared to take the case to trial.
Paul received his
Bachelor's Degree from the University of Washington and his Juris Doctor from
Chicago-Kent College of Law where he participated in the Family Law Clinic
representing low-income clients in the greater Chicago area. He joined
Morris-Sockle, LLP in 2006. Paul draws on his expansive knowledge to help his
clients navigate through the legal process and to ensure the best possible
outcomes for them personally and financially when their cases are completed.
While Paul's
primary practice is in Thurston County, he regularly litigates cases in Mason,
Lewis and Grays Harbor Counties.
Paul currently lives in Tumwater with his wife, Jacquie. He is a casual foodie and cook, speaks Tagalog, and enjoys cycling and learning new languages in his free time.
