education at Cleveland State University, receiving her bachelor degree, magna cum laude, in Urban
Studies Management in 2000. Later, Ms. Kurt graduated from Cleveland-Marshall, Cleveland State
College of Law, in the dual degree program. She received both her Master’s in Public Administration
and her Juris Doctorate in December of 2003. She lives in Willoughby, Ohio with her son, Joshua
and dog Cameron.
