Lynne Strober is Co-Chair of the Matrimonial and Family Law practice group of Mandelbaum Salsburg P.C. and handles all aspects of divorce including complex equitable distribution issues, alimony and child support, child custody, parenting time, drafting Matrimonial Settlement Agreements and Pre-Nuptial agreements, as well as addressing post judgment issues and adoptions.
Accomplishments
Lynne who is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, has served in numerous leadership positions, including overseeing the certification of matrimonial attorneys in the state, as Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section, and is the Past President of the Barry Croland American Inn of Court.
Lynne has been recognized as one of the “Top 50 Women and Minorities in the Legal Profession” having been selected because of her significant contributions to the development of family law in New Jersey. In 1993, she received the Essex County Bar Association Family Law Attorney Achievement Award. Lynne has been named a Super Lawyer* by NJ Monthly Magazine every year since the designation was first awarded in 2005. She has an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell which is its’ highest designation.
Lynne has published numerous articles in New Jersey Family Lawyer, and serves on the Board of Editors of The Matrimonial Strategist, a nationwide publication. She has lectured extensively to lawyers and judges for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, N.J. Chapter. She has appeared on numerous television programs discussing family law issues including ABC, MSNBC, WORTV. Lynne has also served as The Home Shopping Network’s legal consultant and has appeared on other various cable shows. She has been featured on various radio and web programs, and has also been featured in interviews in various newspapers and publications.
