Kate Green Fletcher (formerly Kate L. Green) graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Kentucky in May of 2007. Thereafter, she attended the University of Kentucky College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate in May of 2010. She was admitted to practice law in Kentucky that same year. From August of 2010, through June of 2011, Kate served as the staff attorney for the Honorable Judge Timothy N. Philpot in the First Division of the Fayette Circuit Court, where she gained valuable insights and experiences in all areas of domestic relations law. Since that time, Kate has been in private practice focusing exclusively on all areas of family law.
Kate is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Fayette County Bar Association, where she served on the Board of Directors through May 2017. She is currently serving as co-chair of the Family Law Section of the Fayette County Bar Association.
