Jennifer Thuy-Tien McCall overcame many odds and believes that the struggles she has faced make her a better attorney. She was a teen mom who had once given up on her dream of becoming an attorney. She is grateful every day for the opportunity to work as an attorney. She went through a painful divorce herself and is truly able to empathize with clients.

Jennifer graduated from Georgia State University College of Law with pro bono honors. While in law school, she served all three years on the Student Bar Association, culminating in her service as the law school president in her final year. She delivered the student commencement address alongside guest speaker Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed. The National Association of Women Lawyers awarded Jennifer the Outstanding Law Student of the Year award for Georgia State University the year she graduated. Her classmates elected her Miss GSU Law because of her involvement in school. While in law school, Jennifer was a member of Moot Court, Public Interest Law Association, Asian American Law Students Association, Association of Women Lawyers, Christian Legal Society, the Class Gift Campaign Committee, and Phi Alpha Delta.

Jennifer worked with a personal injury and civil litigation firm throughout law school. After law school, she worked in a general practice firm and then with a family law firm before starting her own firm. Her husband is a high school Latin teacher. She has three daughters and two dogs.

Fluent in Vietnamese and English, she is following in the footsteps of her father who continues to actively volunteer in the local Vietnamese community. She is an active member of her church where she works with the children's ministry and volunteers with Family Promise. She was appointed by the Gainesville City Council to serve on the Main Street Advisory Board. She is very active in the Gainesville-Hall County Junior League where she is currently the Healthy Habits Co-chair and previously served as the Secretary. She is also active in the Northeastern Judicial Circuit Bar Association where she previously served as the YLD president and the Law Day Chair. She was chosen as a Community Hero by WomenSource, was invited to speak at their Girl Power event, and is now a Diamond Member.

Jennifer is passionate about helping people and advocating for her clients.
