Mr. Capps began his law career in the summer of 1994, after graduating from the Jones School of Law at Faulkner University. Mr. Capps was previously appointed by the late, Honorable Jerry Masters, District Judge, as Chief Juvenile Court Officer for the Juvenile Court of Henry County, Alabama, and worked extensively with family court cases early in his career. Through his work in the Juvenile Court Mr. Capps developed a passion for assisting those with family law issues. Mr. Capps practices family law in southeast Alabama and handles all types of cases involving divorce, child custody & visitation, parental relocation, child support, custody modifications, high asset divorce litigation, divorce mediation & settlement. Mr. Capps has over 22 years experience and has been recognized as one of the Top 100 trial lawyers in America by The National Trial Lawyers.
