When you want something done, ask a busy person.  I am that person.  Once committed to doing something, I get it done.  No excuses, just good old fashioned hard work and innovation.

My days begin at 4 AM and end around 10 PM and not a minute is wasted.  I believe that time management is the key to efficiency and my motto is Let’s Make it Happen!

Running a full time law practice for almost thirty (20) years, the practice of family law ranges from locating, valuing and preserving marital assets to criminal actions involving domestic violence and child abuse. My thirty years litigation experience with a background as a federal prosecutor in the Northern District of West Virginia and working for corporate litigation firm provided the firm foundation to litigate complex and often emotionally charged family law cases.

I cannot promise the world on a silver platter, but what I can promise is my dedication to doing the best that I can each and every minute of each and every day to anything or anyone to whom I have given a commitment.  No individual agenda or motive, just honest work for the good of the whole and the best use of my talents for the betterment of our community.
