Attorney Grover has been a sole practitioner in the Greater Danbury area in the State of Connecticut for the past 36 years. Her practice consists of representing adult litigants in matrimonial disputes in the Superior Court -  custody, visitation, alimony, child support, property division, pension division, tax considerations, and the like, including considerable trial experience.

During her tenure she has had appearances before the Connecticut Supreme Court, Appellate Court, Superior Court, Juvenile Court and Probate Court.  Attorney Grover has been a Volunteer Special Master at Connecticut Superior Court, Regional Family Trial Docket from 1996 to present; Volunteer Special Master at Connecticut Superior Court, Judicial District of Danbury from 1986 to present; Volunteer Trial Referee at Connecticut Superior Court from 1988 to 2004 and Governor Appointed Commission Member at Connecticut Child Support Guidelines Commission from 1998 to 2000.

Attorney Grover is a Former President of the Greater Danbury Bar Association (1990); Past Chair of the Connecticut Bar Association, Family Law Section (2001-2002); Past Chair of the Greater Danbury Bar Association, Family Law Committee (1991-1997); Executive Committee Member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Family Law Section (1996-2012); Delegate for the Connecticut Bar Association, Family Law Section (1991-1997); Member:  American Bar Association (1980 to present), Connecticut Bar Association (1980 to present), Greater Danbury Bar Association (1980 to present), Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association (1985-2002) and Family Law Commission 2014 to present.

Her article “Cohabitation” appeared in The Connecticut Family Lawyer in 2013 and she was co-producer of “Talk to Strangers”, a film depicting how the custody process itself can negatively impact a child, even when the parents and the adult professionals are acting responsibly. 

Attorney Grover has been awarded Super Lawyer standing from 2007 to 2014 and was recognized for the Pro Bono Publico Annual Award to Individual by the Greater Danbury Bar Association in 1993 and 2013.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in 1976 from Western Connecticut State University and her Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law in 1979.
