Carlos N. Martinez is a native New Mexican, born and raised in Albuquerque. Carlos graduated from the Albuquerque Academy, and earned degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Denver. 

Carlos graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, and was admitted to the New Mexico State Bar in 2010. While attending law school, Carlos was a member of the Student Tax Association, and the Low/No Income Legal Aid. 

Carlos has been practicing family law since his admission to the New Mexico State Bar. Carlos’s experience in complex family law litigation and business background are invaluable assets when it comes to explaining the nuances of family law, utilizing strategic financial planning while dealing with difficult divorces, and ultimately achieving a favorable resolution for his clients.
