Since being admitted to the North Carolina Bar, Ashley has focused her practice solely on family law. Her passion for advocacy and community involvement has continued to grow through her practice. She is a volunteer attorney with Safe Alliance and represents victims of domestic violence seeking protective orders against their abusers. In April 2015, she received the “Commitment to Justice” Award for her contributions to the Legal Representation Project.

She is originally from Atlantis, Florida, and relocated to Charlotte in 2011. In addition to her pro bono work, Ashley is also a committee chair for Charlotte Women Attorneys, an event co-chair for Fighting for Women with Fashion (a Safe Alliance sponsored event), and an active member of the Florida State University Alumni Association.
