Allison Wilson is committed to the diligent and effective resolution of legal disputes. She focuses her practice of the areas of family law, including divorce, legal separation, custody, child support, paternity and adoption. Allison has a straight-forward approach, saving her clients' time and money by promptly addressing needs and aggressively litigating disputes.
Allison is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma and Kansas. She received majors in Economics, International Business and Management with a minor in Spanish from Oklahoma State University, where she was named the Raymond D. Thomas Top Business Graduate and an Outstanding OSU Senior. Allison subsequently attended the University of Minnesota School of Law, ranked among the top 20 law schools by U.S. News and World Report. After receiving her Juris Doctorate, Allison practiced Family and Employment Law at the firm of Hite, Fanning & Honeyman, L.L.P. in Wichita, Kansas. She returned to Stillwater, Oklahoma in February, 2013. In 2018, Allison was named a Leader Under 40 by the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce, and has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for the past 6 years.
In her spare time, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, attending church, and volunteering for local organizations. She currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Stillwater Medical Foundation and drives a weekly route for Mobile Meals.
